Art McDonald is BI’s Founder and Chief Analytics Officer with over 20 years of experience providing Performance Analytics Advisory Services to senior management, and Performance Analytics Lifecycle consulting services and training to IT and Operations teams.Art has extensive experience serving banking, technology and manufacturing organizations to minimize the time to value and total cost of ownership for transforming data into shareholder value. He assists clients in defining and implementing performance measures aligned with strategic objectives, and empowers management with personalized scorecards and dashboards to focus on business process improvement, product and service innovation, customer satisfaction and retention and, ultimately, shareholder value.Art lives in Stow, MA with his wife, Anne Marie, and their son, Andrew, and has a daughter, Shauna, who lives in Raleigh, NC, and a son, Austin, who lives in Atlanta, GA. Art is the President of the Stow Soccer Club.
