Eckerson Group is seeking a full-time Events (Virtual and In-Person) and Content Producer to manage and execute recurring events,  webinars,  and digital reports. 

Primary responsibilities:

• Serve as project manager for our virtual and in-person events, coordinating sponsors, speakers, attendees, and internal Eckerson Group sales, production, and marketing teams to ensure the timely execution of all tasks and the success of the events.

• As event  project manager, you will  conduct weekly internal project status meetings; liaising with internal and external stakeholders for content and event set-ups;  coordinating speaker and vendor rehearsals; and obtaining feedback on events from vendors and sponsors.

• Assemble and publish a digital report that incorporates audio, visual, image, and text content from our events, working in conjunction with the event chair and keynote speaker. 

• Devise and implement marketing strategies to support event interest and registrations

• Provide sales support to VP of Sales on research products 

The ideal candidate should have:

• Excellent project management skills 

• Strong oral and written communication skills 

• Familiar with social media marketing techniques and strategies

• Ability to manage client relationships and proactively ensure client satisfaction

• Experience with or ability to learn virtual event platform set-up and management (e.g., Airmeet, Zoom) 

• Familiarity with project management and marketing applications (e.g., Airtable, HubSpot, Asana)

• Experience with creating & editing audio/video recordings, including podcasts, is preferred

• The ability to work in a 100% virtual workplace

This is a full-time position. Eckerson Group will consider candidates who wish to start work as a contractor.
