Julian Ereth is a researcher and practitioner in the field of business intelligence and data analytics.

In his role as researcher he focuses on new approaches in the area of big data, advanced analytics and the Internet of Things. He is author of multiple internationally accepted research papers and currently doing his Ph.D. at the University of Stuttgart (Germany).  He is also co-founder of pragmatic_apps (http://www.pragmatic-apps.de/en), a company that builds custom business software and analytics solutions.
